True College Football

This site highlights college football programs that continue to be competitive in light of major changes to the college football landscape, namely NIL money. There are successful college football programs which have stayed true to the orginal intent of the game at the collegiate level of providing student-athletes with an opportunity to earn a college degree which will help set them up for life long after their playing days are completed.

While such changes were intended to provide financially to college student-athletes, the result has been an unregulated and “Wild West” atmosphere. This has soured many fans of the college game and caused a backlash among college football fans turned off by what has simply become a “pay for play” league full of “free agent” players. College players are now freely transfering, some on a yearly basis, to highest bidder for their services.

Schools with the money and boosters will prosper under this model, but at what cost? What is happening is a new generation of broke and bankrupt 24-26 year olds with no degree, no NFL career, and no marketable skills to provide for themselves for the rest of their adult lives.
